宮城県登米地域に伝わるすいとんに似た郷土料理「はっと」や全国各地の「はっと」に類する郷土料理が一同に介し振舞われるフードイベント。代表的な｢油麩入り醤油はっと｣や｢あずきはっと｣、「海鮮はっと｣など定番からｽｲｰﾂ系まで多種多様30種類以上もの味が出そろうほか、地場産品の販売やお楽しみ抽選会なども行われる。

A food festival centered on Hatto, a local cuisine which is similar to the Suiton in the Tome region of Miyagi, and other local cuisines similar to the Hatto come together for this event. Participants can enjoy over 30 types of Hatto, such as the famous Hatto with Aburafu and soy sauce, the Azuki bean Hatto, the Seafood Hatto, and many types of desert Hatto. Local produce can be purchased during the event, and raffle events for participants.
