境内には大小4つの藤棚があり、一番大きな藤棚には樹齢750年を越し、根本がまるで龍が寝ているようにみえることから「臥龍の藤」と呼ばれる。見ごろは4月下旬から5月上旬で、この期間には夜間のライトアップを実施、長さ1.5ｍにもなる見事な藤の花すだれが毎年多くの花見客を楽しませる。
There are 4 of various sizes of wisteria trellis within the grounds, the largest being over 750 years old, called the Garyu no Fuji since the roots look as if it were a dragon sleeping. The peak bloom is from late April to early May. During this time, the wisteria is lit up at night, and the beautiful 1.5 meter long hanging flowers can be enjoyed.
