海老江加茂社の秋季祭礼は、｢海老江曳山まつり｣といい、毎年秋分の日、3本の曳山が、昼は｢花山｣、夜は｢提灯山｣に飾られ町中を練り廻ります。典雅な曳山囃子を奏でつつ荘重なきしみを響かせて練り廻る姿は絢爛豪華そのものです。この曳山の自慢の見どころは何と言ってもからくり人形！中でも西町｢唐猿童子｣は瞬時に唐子や猿の顔に変身するという人形で、北陸地方唯一のものであり、｢世界のからくり人形展｣にも出展しました。

The fall annual festival of Ebiekamo Shrine is referred to as the Ebiehikiyama Festival, held annually on the Vernal Equinox day. 3 floats, decorated Hanayama during the day, and Chochinyama during the night, parade through town. It is a spectacular sightseeing the elegant float music and rhythm sound as squeaking sounds are heard from floats parade around. The highlight is seeing the touting mechanical dolls on the floats. And a particular doll from Nishimachi called the Toendoji is able to change its face from a boy to a monkey instantly, and is the only one of a kind in the Hokuriku area, and has been exhibited at the World Mechanical Doll Exhibition.
