おおの城まつりでは、市内の各会場で中学生みこしや越前おおのおどりなどの様々なイベントが開催されます。踊り会場となる六間通りは祭り気分も最高潮となります。真夏の大野は、盆踊り一色にそまります。夜には約5000発の花火が打ち上がり、お祭り気分を一層盛り上げます。

The Ono Castle Festival has many events, including portable mikoshi shrines carried by middle schoolers around the town, and the Echizen Oono Dance. In the evening there is a fireworks display with over 5000 fireworks, making the festival even more exciting.
