毎年２月の第２土曜日、日曜日に松が岬公園一帯を主会場に開催されるお祭り。約300基の雪灯篭と、1,000個の雪ぼんぼりに燭が灯され、幻想的な風景を作り出す。
テント村で行われる物産展や地元の方々を中心とした出演者のステージイベントなど催し物もあり、見所満載。

A festival held at the Matsugamisaki Park on the second Saturday and Sunday of February. Approximately 300 snow street lights and 1000 snow lanterns light up the park to create a wondrous scene.
An enjoyable event with various exhibitions and stage events by local performers.
