2008年の岩手・宮城内陸地震からの復興に向けてはじまったお祭りで、土と火を使い、万葉の時代から続く人「土器の野焼き」を行う。また、ステージでは東北の文化や魂を伝える伝統芸能が披露されるほか、地元の食べ物やビールの出店などもある。

A festival, which was started as a recovery effort after the 2008 Northern Japan Earthquake, uses dirt and fire and performs a large burn off for earthenware with technique dating back to the Manyo period. Traditional entertainment which reflects the Tohoku culture and spirit are performed on stages, with stalls selling local foods and beer.
