毎年９月に仙台市中心部の全４０カ所以上のステージでライブパフォーマンスが行われ、街角がステージとなる都市音楽イベント。市民ボランティアが中心となって運営し、誰でも無料でライブを楽しむことが出来る。また、ミュージシャン達によるワークショップや世界の料理が楽しめる屋台村などといった付随イベントも多数行われる。

This event is a large musical festival, where performances are done on over 40 different stages throughout the center of Sendai every September. It is managed mainly by local volunteers, and can be enjoyed by anyone without charge. There are also multiple sub-events where participants can enjoy food from around the world in the street stall area, and learn from musicians in the workshops.
