毎年旧暦2月の初午の日から7日間に渡り、五穀豊穣・商売繁盛・家内安全などを願って執り行われる「初午大祭」期間中に行われる神輿渡御では、市指定文化財の「竹駒奴」や稚児・神輿・騎馬武者による華麗な大名行列が繰り広げられます

During the "Hatsuuma Grand Festival," held every year for seven days from the first horse day of the second lunar month to pray for a good harvest, prosperous business, and family safety, the portable shrine procession is performed by the "Takekoma yakuza," a city-designated cultural property, and a splendid procession of feudal warriors including children, portable shrines, and mounted warriors.
