陸上自衛隊久居駐屯地グラウンドでの打ち上げ花火、市民総踊りなどが行われる。
観客席の頭上にあがる大迫力の特大スターマインと大ナイアガラといった花火は一見の価値有り。
（荒天時7日、さらに荒天なら13日に開催）

A fireworks display and dances performed by the locals, are held on the grounds of the Hisai Self-Defense Force Garrison. It is worth seeing the fireworks such as the “Oversized Star Mine” and the “Large Niagara Falls”.
