３００年前から伝わる若狭地方最大の秋祭り。勇壮な山車、大太鼓等が市街を練り歩きます。途中で八幡神社に宮入りし、伝統芸能を披露します。県の無形民俗文化財に指定されています。

An autumn festival pass down for 300 years in the Wakasa region. Brave floats and large taiko drums parade through town. The float enters the Hachiman Shrine part way, and performs a traditional entertainment. Registered as an Intangible Folk Cultural Property for the prefecture.
