A characteristic of Uruma City Eisa is a merger of traditional cultures from various areas due to the consolidation of 4 cities and towns. Many tourists visit from various places inside of the prefecture not only but also from outside of the prefecture because diversity of Eisa dances, from modern Eisa to the traditional Eisa, which is told to be the oldest in Ryukyu, can be enjoyed at once.
