大分市がまつり一色となる３日間のお祭りです。
中心部商店街は色鮮やかな「七夕飾り」で彩られ、武者姿や昇り龍をかたどった勇壮でダイナミックな照明入りの山車「府内戦紙」が中央通りを始めとする大分市内を練り歩きます。
最終日には、約6,000発の花火が夜空に打ちあがる花火大会が開催されます。

The center shopping district of Oita is ablaze in colorful Tanabata decorations. Dynamic floats called "Funai Senshi" in the shape of heroic figures and dragon including lights inside parade around Oita. On the last day there is a large fireworks display that lights up the sky with 6,000 fireworks.
