そばを通じて、人や地域の交流を図りつつ、そば文化の振興に貢献しようと開催されるイベント。市内・県内はもとより、全国各地のそば処が出店。そば道具や日光の物産店なども出店する他、郷土芸能などの各種アトラクションが開催される。また、別会場では、素人そば打ち段位認定大会なども催される。

It is the event to communicate with people in the area through soba, and also contribute to promote soba culture. Not only soba restaurants in the city, or even in the prefecture, but soba restaurants from all over Japan participate. Soba tools and special products in Nikko are sold there and various events such as local entertainment performances are held. In the other site, there is an amateur making soba competition with certifying ranks.
