豆腐に感謝するというコンセプトの祭りで直径4mの大鍋で湯豆腐を振舞う「仙人鍋」、「椀子豆腐早喰い大会」、講師のよもやま話を聞きながら豆腐会席料理を食す「食談」など、30余りのイベントが開催される。

A festival to thank the Tofu by treating people to boiled tofu cooked in a huge pot which is 4 m in diameter (Sennin Nabe), holding Wanko tofu eating race, eating tofu food while listening to the lecturer (Shokudan), more than 30 events are held.
