平群天神社を中心に行われる地区の祭礼。神輿1基と8台の屋台が市中を練り歩きながらお囃子を披露する。神社の境内は出店で賑わい、夜には花火が打ち上げられ、平群の花火は千葉県の無形民俗文化財に指定されている。

Heguriten Shrine is the center of this festival. 1 Mikoshi and 8 stalls parade through the city while performing Ohayashi (festival music). Shrine grounds are full of stalls and fireworks fired at night. The Heguri fireworks are registered as Chiba's Intangible Folk Cultural Asset.
