春の農繁期前の祭典。通称、『久米レンゾ』（久米会式）と呼ばれる会式が、近在の老若男女を多数集めて開かれます。大般若経の典読があり、檀信徒・仙人講・詠歌隊・僧侶、住職、稚児行列が行われ、続いて薬師如来像を先頭に二十五菩薩が介添え人に導かれて100ｍ近い長い橋を練り渡り、金堂に赴きます。久米仙人長寿の法要も行われます。また、この時期は境内で美しいツツジを見ることもできます。

It is a festival before the busy spring farming season. The memorial service which is commonly known by the name of "Kume renzo" (Kumeeshiki) is held where the many people of all ages get together in the neighborhood. Great perfection of wisdom sutra is read, processions of adherents, Senninko, Eika group, chief priests, and chigo are held, then a statue of Yakushi Nyorai in the lead, twenty-five bodhisattvas accompanied by helpers parades about 100 m long bridge to the main hall. A Buddhist service for Kume Sennin longevity is also held. Beautiful azalea flowers can be seen during this period on the temple ground.
