四日市北部の豊洲原地区の１つ天ヶ須賀地区で行われる鉦と太鼓の石取祭車の祭りである。
同じお盆の期間には、他の富洲原の２地区内で富田一色けんか祭・松原の石取祭も開催されている。

This ishitori festival has floats with gongs and drums, and takes places in Amagasuka in the north of Yokkaichi in Toyosu Haru District. During the same obon period, in other two districts in Toyosuhara, Tomita Fight Festival and Matsubara Ishitori Festival are held.
