国の指定重要無形民俗文化財に指定され、日本三大御田植祭の１つにも数えられる、伊勢神宮内宮の別宮「伊雑宮」の祭です。平安期の古式床しい衣装を身にまとい、田楽に合わせての田植、青年達の「竹取行事」「踊込み行事」が繰り広げられ祭は最高潮となります。

It is a festival of the satellite shrine of the Ise Shrine, the Izawanomiya Shrine, and is registered as a National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset, and one of 3 Largest Otaue Festivals in Japan. Wearing what can be considered the oldest clothing of the Heian Period, planting rice paddies along the rice paddy rhythm, the young men perform the Taketori Event and the Odorikomi Event as the festival reaches climax.
