稲荷神社周辺三たん一の行事として雪の但馬に春到来を告げる「初午大祭」は、毎年3月の第3土曜日を中心に前後3日間行われ、商売繁盛・五穀豊穣を願う祭りで初午奉賛会が主催する。当日は、300を超える露店等が立ち並び、数万人のお客さんが訪れる。有子山の稲荷神社の祭りである。

"Hatsuuma Grand Festival", the biggest event held in 3 Tan's around Inari Shrine, tells the spring to Tajima. Hatsuuma Service Association holds the festival for 3 days on the 3rd weekends of March every year to pray for prosperous business and huge harvest of the five grains. Over 300 street stalls are clustered and tens of thousands of people visit on the day. It is an Inari Shrine of Arikoyama .
