島根県松江市で行われる城山稲荷神社の式年神幸祭の通称。大阪府の天神祭り、広島県の厳島神社の管弦祭と共に日本三大船神事のひとつとされ、１０年に一度行われます。
祭りの期間は９日間。城山稲荷神社から御神輿を船団でお運びする「渡御祭」と阿太加夜神社本殿にお迎えし、七日間の大祈祷が行われるその中日に櫂伝馬踊りが奉納される「中日祭」、再び船団によって城山稲荷神社へと御神霊をお送りする「還御祭」の３つの祭礼が期間中行われます。

Another name for the Shikinenshinkou Festival of Jozaninari Shrines held in Matsue-shi, Shimane-ken. Held once in 10 years, considered one of Japan's Top Three Grand Boat Shinto Rituals along with Osaka's Tenjinmatsuri and Hiroshima's Itsukushima Shrine Kangensai.
The festival is held for 9 days. From the Jozaninari Shrine, the mikoshi is carried on a boat for the Togyo (crossing) Festival, and the mikoshi is welcomed at the Adakaya Shrine main building. For seven days a grand prayer is held and the Kaidenma Dance is dedicated during the mid-day for the Chunichisai. And once again by boat, the mikoshi is returned to the Jozaninari Shrine for the Kangyo Festival. The three separate festivals are held during the period.
