100年以上の歴史をもつ伝統行事です。武者絵や美人画などが描かれ、灯火をつけた巨大紙風船がきらめく星々のごとく真冬の夜空に舞い上がります。18時～20時30分までに100個あまりの紙風船が打ち上げられます。

This traditional festival has a history of over 100 years. Huge paper balloons with pictures of warriors and beautiful women are lit up and fly high up in the night sky like shiny stars. About 100 paper balloons are shot up between 6 pm and 8:30 pm.
