毎年8月15日に開催される祭事で、盆供養や安全祈願などの願いを込めて流す色とりどりの灯籠や、輝くスターマインなどの花火が湖上に映り、幻想的な美しさをみせます。

It is an annual festival held on August 15th, with a memorial held for the deceased souls, and prayers for safety while flowing Touro (lanterns) on to the lake surface, all while star-mines and other fireworks light up the lake surface creating a majestic beautiful scene.
