伊文神社の祭礼として約400年の歴史を持つお祭り。「町ぞろい」や「大名行列出陣」祭礼の出し物に加え、ステージや「踊ろっ茶・西尾! !」という市民総踊りなどイベント要素を盛り込んだ市民に愛されるお祭りです。

The festival has a history of approximately 400 years, and is Ibun Shrine festival. A festival beloved by the locals, where they dance and enjoy the various events, such as Machizoroi, Daimyo parade, various festive programs, stages and “Odoroccha Nishio!” dance.
