大蔵村冬の風物詩で、冬の花火大会や幻想雪回廊、巨大雪だるま「おおくら君23世」のお目見えなど盛りだくさんの祭り。
甘酒や玉こんにゃくのサービスも実施し、東北最古の造り酒屋といわれる小屋酒造の新酒が村内の酒店で振舞われる「新酒祭り」も行われる。
