谷公園サンセットビーチをメイン会場に２日に渡って行われるお祭りです。
海上ではカヤックやパドリング体験やイカダ障害物競漕、ステージではライブやコンテストなどが開催されます。夜には県内でここだけしかみられない水中花火など約1300発の花火が打ち上げられます。

This festival goes on for 2 days on the main stage at Valley Park Sunset Beach. You can experience kayaking, paddling on the sea, rowing obstacle course, and live shows and contests on the main stage. In the evening there is over 1,300 fireworks, including underwater fireworks.
