島瀬公園をメイン会場として、中心商店街の公園や街路、アーケード街がイルミネーションに彩られる、佐世保の冬の風物詩。土日祝日を中心に、「きらきらチャリティ大パーティ」や「市民で歌うよろこびの歌」、「クリスマスの佐世保に雪が降る」、「ストリートダンス大会」、「きらきらウェディング」など、賑やかな催しも開催されます。
