伊倉北、南八幡宮の秋の大祭で、祭りの見どころは節頭馬奉納。伊倉の町中を馬が駆け巡り、最後にお宮へと駆け上がります。

It is a grand fall festival for the Minami-Hachimangu Shrine in Ikurakita, and the highlight of the festival is the Settoba dedication. The horse parades around town in Ikura, and enters the shrine at the end of the parade.
