競馬式と呼ばれ、約千年以上続けられた古式の祭りである。騎士6人が馬を牽き、神社に集合し、関係者一同はお祓いを受けた後、社前に整列し、一之駒より順次旧甲州街道に向かう。到着後、発走前に「名対面の儀」を行い、 順次発走し、三往復行う。これは速さや着順を競うものではなく、検閲の為のものである。

A very old style festival of over 1000 years knowns as Keiba-shiki. 6 cavaliers gather with their horses at the shrine, and after the participants are purified, they line up in front of the shrine and walk towards the Old Koshukaido Street one by one. After arriving at the destination, they perform the Meitaimen no Gi ritual, and run three rounds one by one. This is not a race, but rather for inspection.
