龍勢祭という名称で有名な埼玉県秩父市の椋神社の例大祭。龍勢と呼ばれる筒に黒色火薬を詰め、竹竿を結んだ花火を、27流派により３０発打ち上げられる。埼玉県に無形民俗文化財に指定されている。

It is Muku shrine's annual grand festival in Chichibu-shi, Saitama-ken, and it is also well known as Ryusei Festival. 30 fireworks attached to bamboo poles with black gunpowder inside the pipes called Ryusei, are set off by 27 different styles. It is registered as Saitama's Intangible Folk Cultural Asset.
