おびひろ平原まつりは五穀豊穣を願うみこしが舞う「夢降夜」や、全道各地から約200名が集まる迫力満点の「平原・太鼓まつり」、仮装を凝らして踊る「おびひろ盆おどり」など、盛り上がるイベントが続々と行われます。
Obihiro Plain Festival has several exciting events such as “Yumekouya (Dream falling night)” which mikoshi dances praying for bumper crop, poweful “Plain drum festival” which two hundreds of people gather from all around Hokkaido, and “Obihiro Bon Dance Festival” which people dance with constume on.
