札幌市の近郊、北広島市で毎年行われている冬祭り。北広島が誇るご当地ジンギスカン、ショッピングつむらの「ツムラム」、菱畜フーズの「味付ジンギスカン」、ショッピング北広の「北広手造ラムジンギスカン」を味わえる食のイベント『寒地焼肉まつり』を開催します。会場内ではジャンボすべり台やステージイベントなど、子どもから大人まで楽しめる催しがいっぱい。土曜日の夜は冬の花火大会で盛り上がります。
