１００年以上の歴史を持ち「札幌まつり」とも呼ばれる北海道神宮の例大祭。
16日の神輿渡御では、平安時代の衣装に身を包んだ1000人以上の市民が神輿・山車と共に市内を練り歩く。
その他にも、屋台やお化け屋敷などの見世物小屋、神社の伝統奉納行事などが催される。

A large festival often referred to as the "Sapporo Festival" of the Hokkaido Jingu Shrine, with a history of over 100 years.
During the Mikoshitogyo on the 16th, over 1000 participants dress in Heian period clothing parade through town carrying Mikoshi and floats.
Besides this, there are stalls, scare houses and other spectacle huts, with traditional rituals performed at the Shrine.
