岐阜のまちづくりに貢献した織田信長公を称え、毎年、岐阜市中心市街地一帯で開催される、ぎふを代表する秋のおまつりです。
「信長公騎馬武者行列」や自由なおどり文化を発信する「市民勝手カーニバル」や「音楽隊パレード」などが岐阜市中心市街地一帯をパレードします。

A festival to praise Nobunaga Oda who contributed to the building up of Gifu, and is held annually in downtown Gifu, and is a festival that represents the fall in Gifu.
Various parades travel through downtown Gifu, such as the Nobunagakou Kibamusha Parade, Shiminkatte Carnival which sends a cultural message, and the musical band parade.
