スターマインを始めとする花火が次々と夜空に打ち上がります。その他にも、盆踊り大会や氷の彫刻、屋台の出店など様々な催しが楽しめます。

A cool summer evening festival held for the citizens held at the Ochiai Park, which is cho-sen as one of Japan's top 100 city parks.
