札幌の木に指定されているライラックの開花時期に合わせて行われるイベントです。約400本のライラックが咲く大通公園では、苗木のプレゼントや、さまざまな体験教室、喫茶コーナー、ワインガーデン、音楽祭などが行われます。川下公園では、各種展覧会や体験教室、ライラック鑑賞ツアーなどを開催。

It is an event to be held according to the flowering time of lilac which is designated as the tree of Sapporo. At Odori Park where about 400 lilacs bloom, presents of seedlings, various experience classes, coffee corner, wine garden, music festival etc. are done. In the Kawashita Park, various exhibitions, experiential classes, lilac appreciation tours, etc. are held.
