「かまくら」は、水神様をまつる小正月行事です。中には子供たちが入っていて、「はいってたんせ（かまくらに入ってください）」「おがんでたんせ（水神様をおがんでください）」といいながら、甘酒やおもちをふるまいます。もともと、「かまくら」は見るものでなく、中に入って、正面にまつられた水神様にお賽銭を上げて、家内安全・商売繁盛・五穀豊穣などを祈願するものです。

"Kamakura" is one of the first full moon festivals to worship Water God. Children are inside saying "Please come into Kamakura." and "Please worship Water God." and serve Amazake and Mochi. "Kamakura" is originally not to see but to get inside to make money offering to Water God in the front to pray for safety of family, prosperous business, and bumper crops.
