会津の伝統工芸品である「会津絵ろうそく」を多くの人に知ってもらおうと、2000年から開催されている福島の冬を代表するお祭り。鶴ヶ城と御薬園を照らす約１万本のろうそくが幻想的で美しい風景を作り出します。

A festival started in 2000 to spread the word about the traditional Aizu craft "Aizu Candles", now known for one of Fukushima major winter festivals. A very majestic scene created by about 10,000 candles at Tsuruga Castle and Oyakuen.
