高松藩主松平家の菩提寺・法然寺の門前町である仏生山の歴史を後世に伝えようと、1993年に第1回が開催された。
絢爛豪華な大名行列が、仏生山お成り街道を練り歩く「仏生山大名行列」をはじめ、ステージイベント、フリーマーケット、菊花展、秋花火など、各種イベントが行われます。

And elaborate and splendid Daimyogyoretsu parade is held, the Busshozan Dai-myogyoretsu walking through the streets of Busshozan, and many other events are held as well, such as stage events, flea markets, chrysanthemum show, fall fireworks, etc.
