坂出駅前ハナミズキ広場をメイン会場に、１日目には前夜祭として屋台やステージイベントが行われ、２日目は瀬戸大橋パレードや総おどり、3日目は高さ５ｍ・重さ２トンを超える太鼓台１０台が一気に差し上げられる太鼓台競演など祭を盛り上げます。
１１日には、ライトアップされた瀬戸大橋をバックに4000発の花火が打ち上がる花火大会も催されます。
Hanamizuki Square in front of Sakaide Station is the center of this festival with stalls and stage events on the first day, and the Seto Ohashi Parade and dance on the second. The climax on the third day, there is a drumming competition consists of 10 large drum stages that are over 16-feet-tall and weigh 2 tons. The festival ends with a fireworks display of over 4,000 fireworks over Seto Bridge.
