2001年に市制施行25周年を記念して開催されたのが始まり。坂戸市文化会館のメインステージと、街中に設けられた各演舞会場で個性豊かな衣装を身にまとった踊り子達の踊りが楽しめる。また、全国各地の特産品や地元商工農団体等による多くの出店も賑わう。

First stared in 2001 as a 25 year anniversary for the year the City was formed. With the main stage at the Sakado Cultural Hall, other stages are set in various locations around town with dancers in unique costumes entertaining the spectators. There are also many stalls selling products and goods from all over the country, and stalls run by local commerce and industry groups.
