水戸駅北口ペデストリアンデッキや国道50号を歩行者天国にした会場で行われるお祭り。デザイン、エンターテイメント、ステージ、ダンス、アートやワークショップ、グルメ、農産物や雑貨の販売、そしてフリーマーケットなど様々な催しが行われる。水戸市のゆるきゃら「みとちゃん」と踊るみとちゃんダンスはこのお祭りの恒例となっている。

A festival held at the Mito Station North Exit pedestrian deck and a section of highway 50 turned into a pedestrian's paradise. With various social events such as, design, entertainment, stage, dance, art and workshops, foods, agricultural and miscellaneous goods, and other flea markets. A dance by Mito City character "Mito-cha" has become an established custom.
