地元の特産品を中心に様々なお店が出店するほか、地元大洗町が舞台のテレビアニメ「ガールズ＆パンツァー」のキャストによるトークショー、ガルパンクイズ大会や、マーチングバンドによる演奏、フラダンスショーなど、様々なステージイベントが催され、夜には後夜祭として春の花火大会がある。

Many stalls centered on local specialties, but not limited to, are set up, and there are many stage events such as talk show by voice actors from TV animation "Girls & Panzer" which story is based on Oaraimachi, "Girls & Panther" Quiz competition, marching bands, Hula Dance shows, and a post festival event with spring fireworks at night.
