大正時代から続く信濃町の夏の恒例行事。
その形から「芙蓉湖」とも呼ばれる野尻湖上で水上スターマインなどの打ち上げ花火や、モーターボートから花火玉を次々と落とす水中スターマインなど様々な花火が楽しめます。
また、昼間も「魚つかみ取り」をはじめとする様々な企画も行われています。

Lake Nojiri is also known as "Lake Fuyo" because of the shape, many kinds of fireworks are enjoyable including skyrockets such as aquatic star mines, and motor boats dropping firework balls such as underwater star mines.
In addition to that there are various events held during the day such as "fish catch".
