松平春まつりは約400年前から続く、伝統のあるまつりです。
お水取りという神事が行われます。神社にある普段は閉じられている井戸の扉が開けられます。長い柄の柄杓で井戸の水をくみ上げ、汲んだばかりの御神水と白いおこわを頂きます。まつりでは、手筒花火の奉納や、松平音頭の踊り、松平わ太鼓なども披露されます。

Matsudaira Spring Festival is a traditional festival which started about 400 years ago.
A ritual called Omizutori is held. Well's doors in the Shrine are opened which is closed usually. Sacred water which was drawn from the well with a long ladle and white okowa are served. There is dedication of arm-held fireworks, dance performances of Matsudaira Ondo and Matsudaira Japanese drums during the festival.
