尺玉約80発を含む4000発もの花火が打ち上がる、南信州最大級の花火大会。
花火以外にも、市役所の駐車場では「遊ingビレッジ」が開かれ、出店やおどりの出演者が祭りを盛り上げます。

One of the biggest fireworks shows in the South Shinshu and 4,000 fireworks including 40 shakudama are shot up.
Besides fireworks, "Playing village" is opened at the parking lot of the city hall, and stalls and dance performers heap up the festival.
