2月4日の立春の日に毎年行われる、約300年も続く歴史あるお祭りです。
当日は各船主が海上安全と豊漁を願い、金浦漁港に水揚げされた重さ10kgもある
寒鱈（かんたら）を担いで、町内2kmを練り歩き、金浦山神社に奉納します。
神事の後、勢至公園広場では、鱈汁コーナー等催し物も開催されます

This historical festival has been held for 300 years on February 4 (first day of spring).
Each ship-owner carries 10 kg Kantara (winter cod) which was landed on Konoura fishing port through the town for 2 km to dedicate to Konourayama Shrine praying for marine safety and good catch.
After the ritual, cod soup is served and other events are held at Seishi Park Square.
