『真夏の祭典 ふるさとふれあいまつり』と『茨城町商工祭』が1997年に統合してできた茨城町最大のイベント。メインのステージイベントの他、70を超す出店数、茨城町産の農産品を販売。祭りの最後は打ち上げ花火が締めくくる。

The biggest event in Ibarakimachi that derived from the merger of "Midsummer Festival Furusato Fureai Festival" and "Ibarakimachi Commerce and Industry Festival" in 1997. Besides the main stage events, over 70 stalls, and sales of Ibarakimachi's agricultural products are held. The fireworks conclude the festival.
