千河原に古くから伝わる奇祭。素足で腰蓑だけをつけた少年が冷水を何度も浴び、行列をなして集落内を一周した後、神社にお参りすることで、無病息災や身体堅固などを祈願する。

Traditional strange Festival in Sengawara. With bare feet only with straw skirt young men shower in cold water many times, go around the town in a line, then pray in the shrine for good health and strength.
