白鉢巻に白ふんどしで身を清めた少年たちがお宮の下を流れる小川に降り、冷たい川の中ですくいあげた小魚を神前にお供えし、豊穣の感謝と来年への祈念の真心をささげます。

Young men dressed in white loin cloth and head band walk down to the stream below the shrine, and offers to the deity the fish they scoop up from the cold river, and gives thanks for good harvest and prays for the next year.
