御神輿渡御のほか、古式豊かな衣装を身につけ、馬に乗り、紅白にわかれての「古式打毬」が奉納されます。古式打毬は、宮内庁、八戸の打毬とともに、日本に残る三つの打毬の一つです。

In addition to the portable shrine procession, the "Koshiki Uchimari," in which participants wear traditional costumes, ride horses, and are divided into two groups of red and white, is dedicated to the god. Koshiki Utsumari is one of the three remaining Japanese traditional Japanese balls, along with the Imperial Household Ball and the Hachinohe Utsumari.
